IMG_7335Hello beautiful people!

Dusts cobwebs off my blog, No excuses so please just forgive me. My job takes 105% of my time, but this Easter break is for you lovelies! I noticed hauls get a lot of viewing here, so I thought to resurface with a satisfying haul! The last haul I did was here .

Today I’m going to show you a few products I got from January-date…..

KUDDY COSMETICS ALL MATTE MATTIFIER PRIMER: My friend Sisi-Ope a Nigerian Makeup artist recommended this to me, I was a bit skeptical because I’ve never used a primer that claimed to be mattifying and worked well in Nigeria’s weather. This primer is from Kuddy cosmetics a renowned beauty retailer in Nigeria. I buy most of my beauty products from their Ikota outlet. I’ve used this primer and it’s actually really GOOD! I was impressed.  The consistency is a bit liquid compared to a pore eraser like the Maybelline or LA pro-prep. My makeup lasted for over 4 hours and I only had to blot oil once. Though it’s 30ML a little goes a long way. BUY HERE . I still want to try the Becca Ever – Matte Priming Pore Perfector but I’m not ready to pan out N15,000 for a primer yet.

MILANI PRIME SHIELD FACE PRIMER: I got this from ask Onyeka beauty store in Ikota vgc. It says its Mattifying and pore minimising, and it is. Though not the longest wear when worn alone, but as a combo with the Kuddy primer I see a great difference. I like this because it actually fills out the pores and gives a smooth under-layer for your foundation. costs N4,770

MARY KAY TIME WISE MATTE-WEAR LIQUID FOUNDATION: Marykay is like a first love, this was the first ever brand I bought when I started wearing makeup in Uni. I recently decided to give this edition a try. I got it for N6,000! and I was pained lol, I remember when it was N2,500. However, this is a really good one! If you have a combination to oily skin this is great! I got it in bronze 5.  I find it’s a tiny-bit dark for me, but when I wear my overall face powder it works just fine. It does give good coverage and doesn’t feel heavy.

This video talks about our roles as believers in edifying and encouraging one another. Also what to do when a fellow believer falls in sin.

Providing 30 limbs can be made possible through donations and partnerships from well-meaning/philanthropic individuals, organizations and various governmental bodies.

dsc_1373I got three bundles of 18″ hair from St. Thames hair in January, I been wearing it since last month and thought tell you all  about it. I’ve curled, washed and rocked it enough to have full review! It came tightly curled like this …dsc_1375

but I combed it out by accident and the curl pattern loosened up a bit.

I took it to my wig guru McCarthy to make into a wig. My hair is natural so I decided to buy a closure. dsc_1380 The closure didn’t match but my stylist taught me how to thin-curl with a pencil. Basically you wrap some hair around a pencil and clamp your straightener for some seconds. It’s a DIY substitute for a thin barreled wand.  Read More

1. Your Mercy by vertical church band: I absolutely love this song, I love the lyrics and the way it takes me to a place of worship. I first heard it through a playlist my twitter friend @_Oladipo prepared for me. Since then It’s been on repeat.

2. On Fire by Victoria Orenze: This song is a ‘call’ song. Its a song of total surrender to God. Talks about giving up our lives for his works. It’s a song I pray with and I pray it blesses you.

3. Since your love by Brandon Hampton: Oh this is my current anthem, love it so much. Talks about God’s infinite love for us, and why we were made.

Happy sunday
