Hi guys!
Hope the holidays have been pleasant? I’m loving it! being free from work, doing nothing but chilling, eating, shopping and spending time with loved ones is beyond AWESOME. This past weekend was great, I left Scotland to London which is 4-5hours away by train, on an impromptu trip which I literally planned in 10minutes, but I must say, so far so goooooooood!
Today I met up with one of my close friends Deola who lives in London as well, and we hung out, I’ve been eating so much these days, But I thank God for the places the food has been distributing itself to ^.^ ….. Nevertheless, as soon as I get back home I’d resume my healthy eating.
The weather earlier today was awesome, quite sunny but we still carried our coats just In case it changed. We went grocery shopping and later went for lunch.

EASY FLUFFY PANCAKE RECIPE!
Posted on December 22, 2013 1 Comment

Hello,
I always prefer home made pancakes to store bought ones or mixes, and I’ve found a way to make them fluffy in the healthiest way. (Suitable for vegetarians also)…its Egg-less and you don’t fry with oil, as melted butter is included in the recipe.
Using only 6 Ingredients: Flour, Milk, butter, salt, Baking Powder and Almond/Vanilla Extract.
If you’d like to know how, Watch this short 2Minute Video I filmed this weekend…..

MARLEY BRAIDS !
Posted on December 18, 2013 7 Comments
Hi all,
I’ve been rocking my natural hair in a bun for some days now, but I figured leaving it out would only cause me to keep touching and combing it and that’s not great for my hair or length retention. So I bought some hair extensions from my beauty supply store called Sensationnel afro natural twist hair. its like regular attachment but its kinky and synthetic. I made about 25 big braids on my hair with the extension. Also to reduce stress or breakage to my edges I didn’t start braiding from the very front line. it took me about an hour to twist it all up maybe because I was doing it myself, but I’m sure a hair dresser would do it at a shorter time.
The hair came in this pack Read More

HAIR UPDATE: 1YEAR 3MONTHS!
Posted on December 14, 2013 16 Comments
Hello guys!
I’m so excited about this post purely because It proves to me that I can achieve anything I set my mind on.
A year and 3months ago I cut off all my hair to start the natural hair journey and just like yesterday, my hair can actually go up in a neat bun.
Although I still have challenges concerning my mane, like dandruff, styling, retaining length etc. I’m proud of myself. It’s currently at past nape length but the ultimate goal is bra strap length. Hopefully in a couple of years i’d achieve that.
I still use my regimen from my natural commandments post, just with some added products like Jamaican black castor oil, argan oil, Shea butter and coconut oil. I also wash it just twice a month now.
I’ve learnt a lot so far on this hair
