Hi guys!
How did you enjoy your weekend? Sure it was great! I had quite a boring weekend besides my friend’s birthday party last night which was rather fun and made up for the boring weekend, You’d think I was the celebrant with my excitement lol It’s been a while I heard Nigerian music with Nigerians..the vibe is completely different! The celebrant is my friend Leke and he turned 30 although he still looks 16.
The whole night was a blast. I wore this blue dress which I styled casually with mules and minimal jewelery. I got it from Boohoo(Gotta love that store!) Very very affordable as its on sale now (Although if you have a big midsection this is NOT the dress for you as I couldn’t eat much(unto sucking belle). Hello!
So I love to wear dresses (You already know) and sometimes finding the right accessories may be a bit challenging… I bought this dress last weekend (Buy HERE its on sale!), and I absolutely love it. I thought I’d be a size 8(UK) but when I tried it, It was a bit loose although I could still pull it off. I decided to make a collage on my personal style choices (how I’d wear it) and also how other people rocked it! Do tell me your favourite, I’d really like to know ^.^

STYLE: 5 CURRENT SHOE FAVES!

Hello!
I love shoes, and its one thing I think can make an outfit pop after accessories. Shoes come in different styles and heights, but besides the conventional pumps or court shoes; These are the 5 shoe styles I’m currently loving. If you follow my blog, you may have seen me on these shoe styles lately, They are just unique!
1. Mules: Certainly my current favourite, they just take you from 1 to 10 in a second. They look great on dresses, jeans, skirts and almost anything casual. When I want to give my outfit an “mmph”! I reach for my mules. Just ensure to buy comfortable ones.
2. Gladiators: These are definitely for the brave, they attract a lot of attention when worn, but if you rock it well, you’d look like a million bucks in them. I think they originated from medieval times and fashion creatives have found a way to make them modern and trendy.
3. Cuffed Ankle strap sandals: I wore this Here, and it’s just a bit different from the regular ankle sandals. It has gold cuffs and serves as an accessory on its own. With this all you need is a matching clutch and you’re good to go.
4. Loafers: Perfect for all seasons, they are comfortable and stylish at the same time. Loafers give an edge to your look and they come in variations. They are easily paired with bags or clothes since they often come in basic colours like Black, wine,blue and brown.
5. Block heeled sandal: The sandal in the pictorial above is actually from new look and I wore a week ago, those who follow me on Instagram may have seen it, its high but actually comfortable. I never would have reached for a shoe in this style a year ago, but hey! I guess the older we get the more our preferences change.

Hello!
So lastnight was my friend Lolu’s birthday dinner, It was lovely! I took my cam along but got there pretty late, busy day earlier so I couldn’t take pictures of the setup as I’d love to; since I arrived halfway into the dinner. However my friend Layemi A.K.A Latrikka took most of the Pictures with the cam, check out her photography blog HERE!
The menu was Buffet style, so I stuffed my self adequately, I had to suck belle when it was time for pictures lol
My dress is from River Island BUY HERE, suprisingly I’m wearing a size 6 in this dress, I tried on an 8 but it was quite big, So either the sizing was wrong or the material is very stretchy.

Hello! the weather has been so lovely out here, and almost getting quite hot! I was ranting earlier today on how I needed suggestions on a good sunscreen for dark skin (please if you have a brand you’ve tried & tested kindly let me know). My outfit today was casual, and I wore jeans which I haven’t worn in a while… My top had an exposed back, but thank God for designers who produce creative under-wears. (If curious, I’m wearing a bra with a clear strap, and you can buy one here , Debenhams or at Victoria Secret). I also filmed a “Get ready with me” video on my look/makeup, 3minutes long.
