Please to everyone reading this, I want to make a special plea to pray for the 200 school girls abducted in Borno, Nigeria. I strongly believe in the power of Prayer, because God answers those who seek him. I would like you all to please where ever you are say a word of prayer to the highest authority on earth and in heaven for the safety of these girls and their prompt release.
Further more a prayer chain is kicking off tonight by 10:00pm, and its just to seek God specially for these girls, just 30minutes of your time. So sometimes I feel a bit peckish right before bed and I’m not a fan of biscuits or cookies, so I often make this 3minute ‘Mug cake’ served with hot chocolate/tea.
Below is the quick and easy recipe! 2minutes!
what you need: flour, an egg, milk, sugar, a mug, and cocoa powder.

DAY 2: PUFF-PUFF !

Hello there,
I went to visit my friend Deola who cooks so well! She made me so much food the whole kitchen smells like a Nigerian ‘Bukka’, I’m currently eating some Jollof rice, Moi-moi, and Chicken with a cold glass of juice! Gotta love Deola.
Anyway last night she made some puff -puff because we were craving, so I filmed the process for you lovelies !

Step 1: Pour active yeast into a bowl and add warm water.
Step 2: Add adequate sugar into the mix.
Step 3: Add flour to the mix and ensure it has a thick, creamy and smooth consistency.
Step 4: Cover mix for an hour or more and leave to rise, If you’d like it to rise faster, place the bowl into hot water to generate more heat.
Step 5: place oil into a pot and heat up.
Step 6: Scoop paste into the oil and fry for about 4mins, move puff-puff around to avoid them sticking to each other.
Serve warm and enjoy.
