O.O.T.D FEAT: MY BROTHER
Posted on December 27, 2015 35 Comments
Hello!
Happy Sunday and merry Christmas in Arrears! Hope your holiday was fun and you got to bond with loved ones. My immediate younger brother Jide is home for the holidays…….. I’ve been stuffing him with food and taking him all around Lagos. I saw him last 3years ago when he was going off to college, he never came home and I didn’t visit either. He schools in Canada so this visit was long anticipated.
This Christmas holiday was rather boring for me, I stayed home, went shopping and queued for Fuel most times. During one of my shopping ventures I bought this dress. It’s by Chichi London. It was on sale on Asos for £49 From £70 See HERE . I really loved the style and fit, though it comes small I managed to fit into a size 8. No amendments necessary. I wore it out today and my brother wore blue too coincidentally.
My Purse is from my mom’s closet while my shoes are from a store in Lagos Island, Got it for N4,500 only. Talk about bargain. GET SIMILAR HERE
The entire look was very regal and I felt like the Duchess of England. Thanks to the flag behind me……..

Hello!
Happy Sunday, Hope your day was great? My weekend was mostly spent indoors. I took out my weave and gave my hair some good T.L.C. I washed, deep conditioned and put it up in a bun as always.
My outfit today was to church, the dress is an old one I made earlier this year for my friend Mimi’s Wedding (Find out about the fabric, cost and Style details HERE).

OOTD: ANKARA CHIC
Posted on October 18, 2015 22 Comments
Hope your weekend was great! Mine was BUSY. I really didn’t get any time to rest. I was just up and down lol. I missed so many engagements that I already planned to attend. But oh well…..
Today was church and it was awesome! The sermon was about giving and tithing, I would actually do a LOGOS on that soon.
I received an invite for a fashion show hosted by VEBA, I attended that this evening and met lots of old friends and acquaintances. It was a nice event but I would do a detailed post on that later this week.
For the show and church I wore this simple dress I made with an Ankara fabric I bought on my Estate street. If there’s something I’ve learnt about fashion is that pricy doesn’t always mean stylish. I bought this fabric for N3,500 that’s about £12 for 6 Yards, I gave it to my tailor to sew into this.
I got so many compliments at church and at the VEBA show. The pattern of the fabric is unique and my tailor did a good job with it. I paired it with my burgundy shoes from Topshop and A brown tote.
My hair is styled Back with a bobby pin and little accessories to spice up the look.
The photos also came out great, my lovely friend Wura took the photos.
Hope you are more well rested than I am….
I wish you an awesome week ahead.
XOXO
Tosin

I love working with Jeffrey Coen, their brand director is so pleasant. I was sent this off-shoulder top weeks ago, but my work schedule didn’t permit me to style it. Last friday I decided to wear it to work.
