GIZDODO RECIPE

Hello there!

I made this over the weekend and it was a HIT! if you have soft plantain left over this is the best way to repurpose it. Very affordable and easy to prepare. I bought the chicken gizzard from my local African store for £2.99 only and it was a good portion. I still have some left over in the fridge.

This meal takes about 30minutes in total, and it works well with white rice and stew.
