NEW IN: DANIEL WELLINGTON WATCH
The lovely people at Daniel wellington reached out to me as a blogger to review one of their watches and share my personal experience. I’ve been seeing a lot of buzz about this brand online, so I was pleased to try it out.
Daniel wellington is a Swedish watch company that specialises in quality and timeless watches. I was asked to peruse their website and pick a watch of my choice.
I chose the Dapper sheffield in 38mm in rose gold. It’s such a classic piece that suits my personality and I see myself wearing it for a long time. The correspondent I spoke to was polite and was quick to reply my emails.
I was sent the shipment and tracking details a few days later and the watch got to me here in Nigeria in about a week.
It came very well packaged in a UPS Parcel. When I opened it up, it was in a brown box. I particularly like the simplicity of this brand. Everything is crisp and elegant. The box contained the watch, a manual, and some company information.
The watch I chose costs $249 equivalent of about N50,000, if using bank exchange rate. Ideally, well crafted watches are expensive so I wasn’t surprised or displeased. Daniel Wellington watches range from about $135-$250, but they often have discount codes and promos where you can get a bargain.
I have a special code for my Africanism cosmopolitan blog readers which is “africaDW” . You’d be sure to get cash off and a free strap on every purchase.
On my wrist it looks just how I like it. Not too small not too big. I chose the male 38mm for this purpose, Plus the colour goes well with most of my outfits.
I think this would make a great gift for any watch lover. The great thing is they ship worldwide and fast too…….So just in time any occasion.
