Basically the same stuff with a pack of bubble gum and my school books if necessary. I carry much larger bags tho.

Okay so, whatever I carry in my bag depends on where I am heading to; but the basic stuffs that anyone will find in my bag irrespective of where I am heading are: a bottle of water(I get thirsty easily, fish has nothing on me. lol), tissue paper, a book, a pen, my earpiece, my wallet, lip gloss/lipstick, hand cream and house keys
