Here’s a simple 1minute smoothie recipe I make quite often and decided to share with you all. Great to start your day instead of coffee, Fruits contains lots of vitamins which are great for our general health, digestion and helps to achieve a flawless skin….
Ingredients: a cup of Milk, any type of yogurt, 3-4Bananas, diced Pineapples, 1Apple, and Honey
Tools: Hands, a knife and a blender.

Lool yes, but the yogurt was lowfat or better still use Greek yogurt, but ohwell ☺️☺️lol, and yes I can’t wait for you to start making awesome videos !!
